The Honourable Commissioner for Health, Chief. Felix Tangwami, has taken a bold step toward the governorship seat, formally declaring his ambition to lead the state.
After weeks of extensive grassroots consultations across communities, Chief Felix. Tangwami paid a strategic visit to the leadership of his party, the All Progressives Congress (APC), where he was warmly received by the State Chairman, Hamza Madagali.
The meeting, marked by mutual respect and optimism, underscored the aspirant’s commitment to party unity and democratic principles.
Addressing Dr. Tangwami and other political heavyweights among his entourage, the party chairman assured all aspirants of a fair and transparent process, pledging a level playing ground as the race toward the governorship gathers momentum.
Moments later, Dr. Tangwami engaged members of the press in a well-attended conference, where he formally presented his vision to the people of Adamawa.
Speaking with clarity and conviction, he emphasized his readiness to build on existing achievements while introducing innovative policies that will uplift the state.
He reiterated his unwavering commitment to advancing healthcare delivery, strengthening rural and urban development, empowering youths, and expanding opportunities in agriculture, education, and the broader economy.
According to him, his ambition is driven by a deep desire to serve and to consolidate on the progress already made in improving the lives of the people.
